JOB DESCRIPTION

Working within the legal department of Celine, under the supervision of the Legal Director, in liaison with the legal team, operational departments, external consultants and LVMH.

  • Legal Secretariat: manage a portfolio of 30 French and foreign companies, organize the schedule of assemblies and boards of directors, ensure the collection of signatures, ensure changes in management, keep records, monitor local operations, harmonize management in the different countries, participate in structuring operations, ensure the respect of deadlines, set up delegations of authority, update the company database and monitoring tables, carry out the legal watch.

  • Insurance: Follow the policies, the implementation of the guarantees and the claims related to the operational and the brokers (damage, civil responsibility, construction, works of art, automobile, transport, ...), obtain and communicate the attestations, keep the budget.

  • Legal tools: Administer, manage, feed and develop the contract management tool (access, update, archiving, evolution, creation of cards, editing of monitoring tables, support of the legal team and operational ... ), manage legal documentation

  • Administrative management: Ensure the regular updating of legal documents and the common base, manage mail, order supplies, file and archive, manage invoices, organize meetings and prepare files, make notarizations and translations, link and prepare contracts and paraphors, provide daily support to the legal team.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Training and experience:

  • Law degree (License level).

  • Minimum 5 years experience in law firm or business.

  • Very good knowledge of corporate law.
