Within the Legal Department, attached to the Intellectual Property Department, you will assist the lawyers in charge of protecting the intellectual property rights of the Maison Christian Dior Couture.

Missions:

Participation in the management of pre-litigation and litigation around the world: implementation of strategies in demand or defense, preparation of documents, analysis of legal acts in relation with lawyers, etc. (trademark law, design rights, copyright, parasitism and unfair competition)

Support in the management of the portfolio of intellectual property rights (prior art searches, filing strategies ...)

Assistance in the management, monitoring and drafting of contracts (copyright assignment agreements, license agreements, partnerships, media contracts, confidentiality agreements ...)

Participation in writing notes and consultations for operational staff

Searches and legal watches

PROFILE

Holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law and holds the CRFPA Entrance Exam

First significant experience in a law firm or IPC, or in a business in an intellectual property department

Rigor, autonomy, dynamism, sense of teamwork, good analytical skills and excellent technical skills

Fluent English (written and oral) and mastery of databases for legal research (IP Darts, Edital Corsearch, Lexis Nexis etc.)
