POSITION


In an international context, dynamic and demanding, in close connection with the Administrative and Financial Director, the external advisors of FENTY and the lawyers of the LVMH Group are experts in each of their subject. You will accompany the company FENTY in their daily activities and operations at the legal level, with a constant concern to provide clear and pragmatic answers.

You will intervene particularly in:

  • Contract Law (drafting, negotiation, validation of all contracts involving FENTY and in particular commercial contracts, distribution contracts, supplier contracts, service contracts, general conditions of sale and purchase ... and this, indifferently in French and in English)

  • Distribution Law

  • Consumer Law

  • Competition law

  • Intellectual Property Law

  • Real estate law and commercial leases

You will also be required to manage potential litigation and pre-litigation in all of these areas, and to set up a contract monitoring tool.

Profile:

  • Trained lawyer, you have between 5 years and 10 years of experience, partly acquired in a firm of international dimension. During your career in office and in business, you will have acquired a strong expertise in contract law. With a high degree of proactivity, you are able to adapt to a multiple and international operating environment, and interact with all the functions of the company.

  • You have a significant degree of autonomy allowing you to assume the role of legal referent of the company, and are able if necessary to support you on a network of experts that you will have to cultivate - within the LVMH Group and with advice.

  • You are rigorous, organized, and know how to lead several files head-on, in very multiple fields. It is essential that you have perfect command of English, both written and spoken.
