Internship of 6 months to be filled as of July 2019.

Integrated in the Legal Department, you assist the lawyers of the department in their activities including the management of contracts related to the activities of the House, consulting activities including the Design, Communication and Retail teams.

In this context, you will practice the law of obligations in the workplace and discover the operation of the legal department of Givenchy.

You will participate in the following activities:

Research notes and legal watch;

Review and drafting of different contracts (French / English);

Assistance on files presenting specific legal issues (personal data - new RGPD regulations, electronic commerce in an international context, distribution rights, consumer law ...).


PROFILE

Student Lawyer or Student in Master 2 ICT Law or Business Law / Contract Law.

English fluent essential.
