Integrated into the Legal department, you will support the legal experts of the department in their activities including the management of contracts related to the activities of the House, consulting activities in particular with the Design, Communication, Retail, Wholesale and Digital teams.

In this context, you will put into practice the law of obligations in a professional environment and discover how the legal department of Givenchy works.

In particular, you will participate in the following activities:

Research notes and legal watch

Review and drafting of various contracts (French / English)

Assistance on cases presenting specific legal issues (personal data - new GDPR regulations, electronic commerce in an international context, distribution law, consumer law, etc.)

PROFILE

Lawyer student, master's student in ICT law or business law / contract law / distribution law or equivalent

Fluent English essential
