Context
The Legal Department of Hermes International works with all of the Group's subsidiaries, brands and selective businesses in all the countries of the world. It is composed of different departments and divisions.

Main activities:

Under the responsibility of the Head of the Department you will have to assist the team of this Department in the framework of:

  • Writing and negotiating contracts covering all intellectual property topics (product development contracts, contracts assignment rights, brand coexistence agreements, service provision agreements, confidentiality agreement, etc.).

  • The validation of various projects, new products and new services developed by the Group (prior art searches (brand and model), competitive intelligence, risk analysis, etc.).

  • The management and monitoring of trademark surveillance notices.

  • Management and follow-up of pre-litigation and / or litigation files with the help of external counsel / lawyers (formal notices, memoranda of understanding, oppositions, annulment actions).

  • Advising and assisting operational staff on all issues related to intellectual property law.

Complementary activities:

  • Participate in the legal watch of the Department.

  • Capture and digitize contracts and other documents held by the Department.

  • On an ad hoc basis, assist lawyers on business law issues

Applicant profile:

Holder or in the course of obtaining a 3rd cycle in Intellectual Property Law (Master 2), you benefit ideally from a successful experience as a trainee, at least 6 months, in business and / or office firm.

You want to invest in a work-study contract where you will be able to demonstrate adaptability, responsiveness and rigor.

You are able to become quickly independent and to respect the confidentiality inherent to the missions that will be entrusted to you.

You practice English (written and oral) fluently.
