Integrated into the Intellectual Property Department, you will assist the European civil litigation manager in the implementation of Intellectual Property rights on behalf of companies in the group's Fashion and Leather Goods branch. You will be required to deal with pre-litigation and civil litigation cases in Intellectual Property law and related rights. In this context, your missions will be in particular the following:
Drafting of letters of formal notice
Constitution of pre-litigation files
Investigations
Case law and doctrine research, writing of summary notes
Drafting of legal opinions and recommendations
Follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation cases in relation with our correspondents if necessary
Preparation of negotiations and negotiation meetings
Drafting of draft memoranda of understanding
Two evaluations carried out with your internship supervisor at mid-term and at the end of the internship will allow you to check your acquired skills.
In order to understand the values of our brand, you will be invited to an integration day in the presence of newcomers.
PROFILE
A postgraduate degree in intellectual property, holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property (design law, copyright and trademark law).
Fluent English
Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and legal databases
Your first experience in a law or consulting firm or in the Intellectual Property department of a company allowed you to put into practice your qualities of rigor, autonomy and initiative within a team.
