POST

Within the Legal Department, the educational objective of this internship is to apply your theoretical knowledge, in relation to the Legal Director and her team.

You will participate in the following:

  • Commercial leases: follow-up of lease negotiations, regulatory constraints

  • Licenses: Preparation of amendments, drafting of contracts

  • Assist the KENZO DPO on the contractualization of controller / subcontractor relations, on the compliance analysis of new projects, responses to human rights exercises

  • Updating our contract management software (Legisway) and the various service dashboards (real estate, corporate, distribution)

  • Research and case law monitoring


PROFILE

  • Training Business School / University, Bac +4 / 5, specialization in Business Law.

  • You justify ideally a first legal internship.

  • You are familiar with Word and Excel software and have a good level of English.

  • Dynamic, you are recognized for your good interpersonal skills

  • You show a sensitivity to the world of fashion.
