Your main missions are to ensure the management of Louis Vuitton's portfolio of brands, models and patents worldwide within a team of lawyers and paralegals, as well as to provide advice to operational staff.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of Louis Vuitton's brands, models and patents portfolio

• Management of administrative litigation (drafting oppositions, cancellation actions, etc.)

• Drafting of contracts (coexistence agreements, licenses, sales - purchases of brands, creation contracts, image rights contracts, collaboration agreements, etc.)

• Creation of notoriety files / collection of proofs of use

• Prior art searches

• Advice provided to the different business units

• Product Validations

• Clearance in support of projects

PROFILE:

• TRAINING 3 e cycle Intellectual Property

• EXPERIENCE (TYPE AND DURATION): First experience in an equivalent position (8 years minimum) in an Intellectual Property Department of an international company or a law firm / industrial property attorney.SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL

• QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge in Intellectual Property - Mastery of the Microsoft Office package - Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, strong involvement, team spirit, proactivity, sense of responsibility.LANGUAGES: Imperative mastery of English both written and oral.
