Integrated in the Intellectual Property Department, you accompany the lawyers and responsible trademarks / models / contracts in the acquisition, management and implementation of IP rights on behalf of 7 companies of the fashion and leather goods group (LVMH FASHION GROUP).

You will therefore be involved in the daily life of the portfolios of 7 major fashion houses, extremely varied, dynamic and creative, including the following missions:

securing projects (prior art searches, usage surveys, negotiation of agreements ...),

definition and implementation of filing strategies (responses to notifications ...),

administrative defense of rights (oppositions, actions for annulment, negotiation of agreements ...).

These missions will have to be carried out with rigor, enthusiasm, autonomy, pro-activity, as well as a good sense of listening and adaptation.

Third cycle in intellectual property

First imperative experience of at least 4 months in an industrial property firm or in an intellectual property department of a company

Fluent English
