Within the Intellectual Property Department, you will be integrated into the Internet team dedicated to the protection and defense of trademark rights of the Fashion and Leather Goods LVMH branch.

In this context, you will apply your knowledge of intellectual property law and new technologies in the workplace and discover the operation of the Intellectual Property Directorate of Louis Vuitton.

You accompany Internet lawyers in the following activities:

  • Watch and Investigations on the offer of counterfeits online (individual sites, sales platforms, search engines, social networks, etc.)

  • Drafting, sending and follow-up of letters of formal notice in cases that may evolve into civil or criminal litigation

  • Searches and writing notes according to the legal news on the subject matter of (domain names, responsibility of intermediaries, etc.).

  • Communication with lawyers and competent authorities (customs, police)

PROFILE

  • Master 2 or equivalent in Intellectual Property/or new technologies

  • Intellectual Property and Liability Knowledge of Internet Intermediaries Required;

  • Knowledge of American law desired;

  • Excellent command of English language (written and oral) required;

  • Strong sensitivity to the digital environment and new technologies;

  • Good command of the Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
