Your main missions are to manage the portfolio of brands and models and the contracts of three houses of the fashion division of LVMH Group in the world.

Main responsibilities:

  • Advice and support for Houses on various intellectual property issues (mainly brands, models, copyright) and personality law

  • Analysis, negotiation and drafting of contracts (license / assignment / coexistence of trademarks, assignment of copyrights, artistic collaborations, photographers, models, music, audiovisual production ...)

  • Management of trademarks, models, copyright portfolios

  • Litigation management, pre-litigation and administrative litigation (formal notices, oppositions, annulment actions, actions forfeiture, memoranda of understanding)

  • Prior art searches (trademarks, models, copyright)

  • Development and monitoring of budgets of Houses and billing follow-up

  • Functional management of two paralegals

  • Daily interactions with a network of external lawyers worldwide and with other teams in the Intellectual Property Department (lawyers, anti-counterfeit coordinators, assistants).

Profile

  • TRAINING: 3rd degree in Intellectual Property

  • EXPERIENCE (TYPE AND DURATION): You have at least 2 years professional experience, ideally in the field of literary and artistic property and in an international environment.

  • ABILITIES AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES: Very good relationship and responsiveness, agility to manage three houses of the Fashion Group with different expectations and issues, great rigor, strong involvement, flexibility given the diversity of the position, proactivity.
