As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are hiring an Anti-Counterfeiting Fighter Officer. Based in Paris, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating anti-counterfeiting missions for the LVMH Group's Watches and Jewelry branch. You will work in the world area in close collaboration with investigators, external lawyers, the Swiss Watch Federation, customs and repressive services as well as the legal services of the Houses that you represent to protect their brands.

responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the BP strategy put in place

  • Manage external investigators / lawyers and coordinate activities

  • Develop relations with the police and assist them in criminal investigations

  • Produce certificates and file criminal complaints if needed

  • Produce accurate and timely responses to product identification / response requests to customs notifications

  • Collaborate with the legal department of the watch and jewelry houses for which you will be responsible and an external lawyer for the criminal prosecution of offenders

  • Maintain the database ensuring accurate recording of information, seizures, etc

  • Ensure the smooth follow-up of product identification training around the world

  • Ensure the smooth renewal of existing customs intervention requests and the integration of newly registered trademarks upon notification by the relevant legal service.

  • Manage the allocated BP budget for each house, optimize the use of resources and allocate resources appropriately

PROFILE

  • Graduate with a Master's degree in law with a specialization in Intellectual Property or Business Law, you have a similar experience of one to two years in Brand Protection, or in a law firm / CPI / legal department in a company specializing in Intellectual Property.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You are honest and autonomous in the organization and management of your work.

  • Excellent level of English, which is the working language
