Missions and Responsibilities

Within the Legal Department of the LVMH Group's Perfumes and Cosmetics companies, you will take part in a 12-month apprenticeship.

The missions will be as follows:

Intellectual Property Law: Trademark Law, Copyright, Neighboring Rights; validation of marketing projects (prior art searches) in an international context;

Distribution and competition law in a national and international context;

Contract law, particularly in the context of the drafting / validation of distribution, supply and / or services contracts or single agreements; contracts related to intellectual property and neighboring rights;

Legal monitoring

You will assist the team's lawyers in their day-to-day activity by taking charge of ad hoc files such as legal research, risk assessments, preparation of letters and contracts, etc. in the areas mentioned above.

This learning will aim to make you discover the profession of lawyer by developing your personal qualities (autonomy, rigor, strength of proposal), your communication skills (sense of contact, conviction) through the various exchanges that you may have with your interlocutors.

You will be able to improve your knowledge of the perfume and cosmetics industry.

You will receive regular monitoring during your mission.


PROFILE

Profile

Experience required : Master 1 or Master 2 Business Law with specialization in Intellectual Property Law and / or Distribution and Competition Law.

Know-how: imperative English and computer skills

Savoir-être: Responsive, pragmatic, curious, rigorous, good spirit of synthesis and analysis, good relationship with ability to work in a team
