Within the Intellectual Property department of the Global Legal Department of Sephora, you will be involved in the following missions:

Carry out prior art searches and validate product and service launches, in particular for Sephora Collection brand products, advertising slogans etc
Validate communication media and marketing operations
Negotiate and draft intellectual property contracts (co-branding, image rights contracts, copyright assignment contracts, R&D contracts, events, influencers, etc.)
Management of pre-litigation and litigation (in particular monitoring and actions on social networks / domain names)
Advise operational staff on any subject related to intellectual property (marketing, purchasing, partnership, communication, design, packaging, etc..

PROFILE

Generalist training in business law + specialization in industrial property law ( or intellectual property)
Minimum 3 years experience (excluding internships)
Essential experience in prior art searches
Experience in communication / media law and good knowledge of social networks
English imperative.
Autonomous, responsive, rigorous profile with a good spirit of synthesis
You like to intervene on various subjects and advise
You are curious and determined and you have a very operational conception of the role of Lawyer
You like working in a team
